Return Policy

Each unit is carefully machined, assembled, tested and calibrated before leaving the shop. I take pride in my work and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below before requesting a return.


Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Due to the demanding environments these tools are used in and the amount of work required to refurbish them, refunds are typically partial unless the box is completely unopened.

Unopened itemsFull refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened but Unused items – Eligible for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee, after inspection and approval. Any signs of wear will result in qualifying as Used Item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Used items – Eligible for up to a 70% refund within 30 days of delivery, depending on the condition after inspection. Only normal wear is acceptable. Deep scratches and dents will reduce the refund amount to 50%. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Laser-engraved or personalized items – Eligible for up to a 50% refund, as they require a full rebuild. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom, or modified items, sale items, damaged items and gift cards are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed within 6 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
All returns must be pre-approved by contacting support@blase-tech.com before shipping.

Shipping Returns (Important)

It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the return item safely and in compliance with carrier and shipping regulations.
Your tool contains a Li-polymer (LiPo) battery, it must be shipped using a ground shipping methodmost carriers do not allow air shipment of devices containing these batteries.

Please ensure:

The item is properly packaged to prevent damage in transit and that it will not turn on.

The appropriate “Ground Transport Only” label is affixed, if required by your carrier.

tracked and insured shipping method is used.

Returns lost or damaged in transit, or shipped via noncompliant methods, cannot be refunded.


Damages and Issues

Each product is tumbled and finished by hand, so surface variation is normal and expected. The tumbling process gives each tool a unique texture and finish—no two will look exactly the same.

Minor finish variations such as visible machining marks or subtle differences in texture are considered normal.

All parts are cleaned and handled carefully; products are free of oil or dents before shipping.

Major defects, such as deep scratches, dents, broken components, non-functional electronics, or an incorrect item shipped, are covered and eligible for return, replacement, or repair.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately with photos at support@blase-tech.com , and I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.


Exchanges

Exchanges are handled individually and directly. Please contact me before returning your item so I can review the situation and determine the best course of action.
Do not place a new order before receiving confirmation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, and it’s recommended to use a tracked and insured method.


Warranty

All tools come with a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If a product fails within 12 months due to a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired at no cost and returned to you.

Replacement of the entire item is not guaranteed, as repairs are preferred to keep production sustainable and reduce waste.

If the issue is determined to be caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or tampering, the item will be returned without repair.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product to me; repaired items will be shipped back at my expense.

To start a warranty claim, please email support@blase-tech.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video if possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status and refund amount.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 6 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the transaction.
